GENERAL INFORMATION

Origen: D.O. Ribera del Duero

Production: 57.000 bottles of 750 ml
Tasting notes: Clean, bright with an intense cherry red colour and youthful purple glints. On the nose, ripe fruit with a light touch of vanilla, cinnamon with hints of cacao and a fresh balsamic background. On the palate, dark fruits such a blackberry and blackcurrant with a dark chocolate background spiced with vanilla and cinnamon with a long lingering finish.
Gastronomy: Perfect pairing with roasts, red meats and game.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Grape Variety: 92% Tempranillo (Tinta del País), 3% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vineyards: gravel soils (our vineyards from Guma) and Sandy soils (our vineyards from San Juan del Monte, with more than 60 years old) from Ribera del Duero.
Maceration: cold maceration for 7 days at 8ºC.
Alcoholic Fermentation: for 7 days at 25ºC with autochthonous yeasts.
Malolactic Fermentation: in stainless steel tank.
Ageing: 14 months in new French oak barrels. Barrels of 225 and 300 litres, medium toasted (95%) and fully toasted (5%)
Analysis: 
Alcohol content: 15% Vol.
Acidity: 4,84 g/l.
Sugar content: < 2 g/l.
pH: 3,66.
Filtration: Light
