Tasting notes: Intense and lively with a high intensity dark cherry red with garnet tones. Intense aromas of red fruit with vanilla, cinnamon and balsamic aromas. On the palate, it´s mouth filling, pleasant and savoury. Fruits of the forest with a touch of well-integrated oak and balsamic herbal spices.
Gastronomy: Recommended with red meats on the barbecue and roasts.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Grape variety: 95% Tempranillo (Tinta del País) and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vineyard: clay soils from Ribera del Duero (our vineyards from San Juan del Monte)
Maceration: cold maceration for 4 days at 8ºC.
Alcoholic Fermentation: for 7 days at 22ºC with autochthonous yeasts
Malolactic Fermentation: in stainless steel tank.
Ageing: 3 months in American (40%) and French (60%) oak barrels.
Analysis: 
Alcohol content: 14 % Vol.
Acidity: 4,00 g/l.
Sugar content: < 2 g/l.
pH: 3,80.
Filtration: Light
