Tasting notes: Clean bright raspberry pink with wild fresh fruit aromas and delicate floral tones. Silky and warm with a well-balanced acidity. Fresh on the palate leaving notes of fruits and flowers.
Gastronomy: A great pairing with all types of rice, fish and grilled dishes.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Grape variety: 80% Tempranillo (Tinta del País), 15% Albillo and 5% Cabernet.
Vineyard: calcareous-clay soils from Ribera del Duero (our vineyards from Guma)
Maceration: cold maceration at 8ºC for one night.
Alcoholic Fermentation: for 12 days at 14 ºC.
Analysis: Alcohol content: 13,5 % Vol.
Acidity: 4,90 g/l.
Sugar content: < 2 g/l.,
pH: 3,60.
